[Tweet “Gratitude is not only the greatest of virtues, but the parent of all others. – Marcus Tullius Cicero”]
First of all, thank you so much!
I am so grateful for you for your willingness to visit my humble blog and read my contents. I hope it has been adding value and become a source of inspiration to you. I am also especially grateful that some of you kept coming back despite my humble beginnings and the many problems that have plagued this site previously.
Today, I have an invitation to make to you who have been faithfully following and reading my blog.
I have invited some of my friends in my community to join up with me and make a commitment to keep a gratitude journal, for the next 21 days.
Joining this challenge is easy, write a journal of at least three things you are grateful for that day. You may want to write down one thing in the morning, one in the afternoon, or one in the evening. Or you could decide to write one every hour you’re awake. Alternatively, you could of course choose to write everything at the end of the day as you reflect on your day. Whichever method you choose to use, I highly suggest you to be consistent with it.Repeat the process for 21 days and you will have completed the challenge.
I am challenging myself to put out a post once everyday detailing what I am being grateful about that day. I hope you will join me in the comments section.
You could also join me on Instagram by using the hashtag: #21daysgratitudechallenge. Some people have already begun. I believe you will gain much from the experience.
